My Back

Been wanting to get out but my back has been acting up.
My MRI from 2 years ago
Still might try to make it out tonight, back problems suck.
If you are young and think you are strong and can lift anything without consiquence, here is your warning. It can take you away from the things you like to do.

    With age you learn that heavy objects is for the young to lift. Sorry about the back hope you get back on the water soon.

    1. Thanks Bill. I injured myself when I was 23, I work up in Pain Saturday Morning and it is still here Monday morning. Oh well, time to go to work.

  2. Apparently, I broke my back when I was 8. Lived with it forever cause I didn't know, I had back problems. X-rays at 21 found nothing. Finally, at 38, a new set of x-rays found the problem. Cool image. Amazing you're not in a wheelchair...is what I was told. After one episode I laid on my back for 30 days and it took another 30 days to teach myself how to walk again. Funny stories in there...How to Plan to Take A Crap...Step 1: An hour and a half before having to crap...

    Go see a chiropractor that practices what is called the Activation Method. DO NOT let one twist and snap you, that's nonsense. The Activation Method is a godsend.

  3. Sorry to hear about your back, man. i myself suffer from lower back problems so (in small part) I get where you're coming from. Feel better!
